中心城区工业地段更新的空间形态重构策略——以武汉市为例

Strategies of Space Form Reorganization in the Renewal Industrial Sites of City Center——Take Wuhan as an Example

本文以武汉为例,简要阐述了中心城区工业地段的现状,剖析经历时代变迁后,这些工业地段空间形态的主要特征。文章从城市的视角,不仅揭示空间形态存在的问题,同时识别其存在的价值,从而针对性地提出相关策略,用以探寻更科学的方式,塑造可持续发展的空间形态。

In this paper,we take wuhan as an example,give a brief description of the present status of the industrial sites in city center.Then we analyse some main features of its space form when experiencing the changing times.In this paper,from the city s perspective,we not only reveal some problems,but also identify its values,then we can put forward some relevant strategies.In this way,we try to find some more scientific ways to shape sustainable development space form.
