The relation between overexpression of Her2 and the therapy of breast cancer

乳腺癌Her2基因通过抑制凋亡、上调血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)而增加肿瘤细胞的侵袭力,原癌基因Her2过表达见于20%-30%乳腺癌,Her2过表达与乳腺癌患者预后不良密切相关,Her2分子作为乳腺癌重要的分子生物学标记物之一,是乳腺癌基因治疗的重要靶位点,对乳腺癌的治疗和预后都有极其重要的价值。本文就目前乳腺癌Her2基因过表达与乳腺癌治疗方面的相关性研究进展作一综述。

Her2 oncogene can enhance the invasive potential of cancer cells by inhibiting apoptosis and up - regulating the expression of VEGF. It is overexpressed in 20% -30% of breast cancer, and the over- expression of Her2 is a negative marker for the prognosis of breast cancer. As an important biomarker of breast cancer,Her2 is also an crucial therapeutic target in overexpressed breast cancer. This article reviewed the latest studies about the relation between overexpression of Her2 gene and the therapy of breast cancer.
