铜(Ⅱ)-联吡啶-铬天青S多元配合物形成研究

摘要 在pH7-9时,Cu(Ⅱ)、2,2'—联吡啶与铬天青S形成可溶于水的蓝色三元配合物.最大吸收峰波长为摩尔比为2:2:1.加入阴离子表面活性剂—十二烷基硫酸钠可使最大吸收峰红移至618nm处,。铬天青S浓度在(0~8.63)μg/ml具有良好的线性关系,可用于测定铬天青S的纯度。 At pH7-9, Cupric ion formed a blue ternary coordination compound with 2,2'-bipyridyl(bipy)and chromazurol S (CAS). A spectrophotometric experiment proved its compound was Cu_2bipy_2HCAS^+. Its molar absorptivity is 5.28×10~41. mol^(-1). cm^(-1). When sodium dodecyl sulphate(SDS)was added to the system of the ternary compound, a (Cu_2bipy_2HCAS)_x^+SDS_y^- was formed. The molar absorptivity of the quatenrnary system is 1.10×10~5l. mol^(-1). cm(-1). The experiment showed that the SDS played a sensitizing effec to the color reacion of the ernary sysem. Using the method to the determine the purity of CAS moduced satisfactory results.
