摘要
提出了基于特征的零件设计与工艺设计的实时并行方法;基于特征对零件设计与工艺设计的并行过程进行分解与重组,对重组后的零件设计与工艺设计过程的并行度进行了定量分析,以提高零件设计和工艺设计并行过程的并行度;基于特征实现了零件设计与工艺设计的实时并行,从而实现了零件并行设计过程的信息集成、功能集成和过程集成。
The real time concurrent approach of feature based part design and process planning is proposed. The concurrent process of part design and process planning is decomposed and reorganized based on feature. The concurrent degree of the part design and process planning decomposed and reorganized is analyzed quantitatively, so the concurrent degree of part design and process planning is improved dramatically. The real time concurrent approach of feature based part design and process pranning is implemented, so the information integration, function integration and process integration of part design and process planning are implemented.
