摘要
在LiNbO3中掺进ZnO和Fe2O3生长了Zn:Fe:LiNbO3晶体。测试了该晶体的吸收光谱、红外透射光谱、抗光致散射能力、衍射效率、响应时间及存储保存时间。研究了Zn:Fe:LiNbO3晶体全息存储性能的机理。
LiNbO 3 was doped with ZnO and Fe 2O 3 to grow Zn:Fe:LiNbO 3 Crystal. The crystals absorption spectrum, infrared transmission spectrum, light scattering resistance, diffraction efficiency, response time, storage conservative time were measured. Its holographic storage mechanism was ablso researched.
