磁场对互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)三种生态型的生理效应 被引量:3

摘要 磁场对互花米草具有显著的生理影响,通过三种生态型互花米草在芽、苗期过氧化物酶(POD)、细胞色素氧化酶(COD)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、酯酶(Esterase)等同工酶、游离氨基酸和种子发芽状况的分析,表明四种同工酶、氨基酸代谢和种子萌发明显受磁场的影响。不同的植物发育期,磁场影响不相同;四种同工酶对磁场的感应强度并不相同,磁场作用具有阈值,特定的磁场强度具有特定的生物效应,而不同的生态型,磁场阈值不同,故基因型不同是磁场生物效应差异的一个重要因素,在磁场诱变育种等生产实践和其他有关研究中应注意基因型的差异。 Distinct physiological effects of Spartina alterniflora imposed by magnetic fields were discovered. It was noted that there were great differences of patterns and activity of four isozymes(POD, COD, MDH, Esterase)and the amount of free amino acids in seedlings of two stages of three ecotypes when treated with magnetic fields against the control. The magnetic fields promoted or inhibited germination. The effectic of magnetic fields varied with different stages of growth of S. alterniflora seedlings. The response of the activities of four isozymes to magnetic fields was also different. Threshold effects in the action ofmagnetic ficlds were observed. The specific intensity of the magnetic field led to specific biological effects. In addition, the threshold intensity of the magnetic field differed in various ecotypes. So, differences of genotypes emerge as a crucial factor in determining differences of the biological effects of a magnetic field. Attention must be paid to the above factor in the work of breedig induced by magnetic fields as well as in other research.
