摘要
在“生产时间利用”研究项目中,人们开发并通过试验确定了一种新型的时间经济方法。该方法比在地区劳资协定中进行调节的、用以确定时间的传统方法更为简便灵活。从理论和实际的比较中可以得出生产时间比例(PQ)系统的特征数[1]。这些特征数适用于采用浮动时间调节的激励报酬体系。
In the research proect 'Utilization of Production Time', a new method of time economy is developed and tested. This method is simpler and more flexible comared with the traditional methods for time ascertainmnt, which are regulated in regional collective wage agreement. From the ndrinal and real comparison, reference numbers can be formed for quofa of production time. These numbers are suitable for the motivating payment system through the regulation of flexible Working hours.
