摘要
以试验结果为依据,阐述了3.5Ni钢焊接中所要解决的关键问题,提出了对母材、焊材的要求及相应的工艺原则,给出了有利于改善接头低温韧性的手工电弧焊、埋弧焊、钨极氩弧焊及焊后热处理的工艺参数。
Based on the experimental results, the key problem to be solved in the welding of 3.5Ni steel is expounded, the essential requirements for the parent metals and welding materials are put forward,and the technical principles and parameters beneficial to the improvement of low temperature toughness of welding joints for the SMAW, SAW, GTAW as well as postweld heat treatment of the steel are presented.
