当代医生心理健康状况探讨

目的了解医生的心理健康状况,为医生的心理健康保健提供依据。方法采用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)问卷,对来自三家三甲医院225名医生进行心理测试。结果本调查对象总体阳性项目数高于常模,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。躯体化因子分低于常模,有显著差异,抑郁、焦虑、强迫症等因子分高于常模(P<0.05)。其他各因子分均高于常模,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论我们应该高度重视医生存在的心理健康问题,采取积极有效的措施提高医生的心理健康水平,使其能更好地为人民群众健康服务。

Objective To investigate the psychological status of doctors in hospital for developing health promotion. Methods Totally 225 doctors were tested and analysed by using symptom check list（SCL-90）. Results Execept the total mean and the other body discomfort, interpersonal relationships and depression factor, the total mean and the other eath tactor scores of scl-90 were higher than the normal model. The differences were remarkable（P〈0.05）. The total mean, the factor scores of infemale were higer than those in male. Conclusion There exists varying degree of psychological problems in this special community of doctors.It is necessary to adopt some effective measures actively to improve their psychological health.
