全天麻胶囊对冠心病患者使用单硝酸异山梨酯所致头痛的影响

目的观察全天麻胶囊对冠心病患者使用单硝酸异山梨酯注射液所致的头痛的影响。方法选择静脉滴注单硝酸异山梨酯注射液发生头痛的冠心病患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组采用全天麻胶囊与单硝酸异山梨酯注射液联合治疗;对照组单用单硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗;两组疗程均为1周,两组治疗期间均未停用单硝酸异山梨酯。结果全天麻胶囊组的总有效率为97.1%,对照组的总有效率为71.4%,全天麻胶囊组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论全天麻胶囊能有效缓解单硝酸异山梨酯所致的头痛,而且安全、无副作用。

Objective To observe the use of Gastrodia capsule in patients with coronary heart disease isosorbide mononitrate injection due to the impact of headache. Methods intravenous isosorbide mononitrate injection headache in patients with coronary heart disease, 70 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 35 patients. The treatment group were treated with full-Gastrodia Capsule and isosorbide mononitrate injection in combination therapy; the control group alone isosorbide mononitrate injection therapy; treatment groups were 1-week, two groups were not disabled during treatment isosorbide mononitrate ester. Results Gastrodia Capsule group total effective rate was 97.1% in the control group total effective rate was 71.4%, the whole effect of Gastrodia Capsule group significantly better than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion All Gastrodia Capsule can effectively relieve isosorbide mononitrate-induced headaches, and safe, no side effects.
