复方氟米松软膏治疗亚急性、慢性皮炎湿疹疗效观察

目的探讨复方氟米松软膏(奥深软膏)治疗亚急性、慢性皮炎湿疹疗效及不良反应。方法应用复方氟米松软膏治疗40例亚急性、慢性皮炎湿疹患者,分别于1、2、3周观察药物的疗效及药物的不良反应。结果复方氟米松软膏治疗亚急性、慢性皮炎湿疹的总有效率为92.5%。结论奥深软膏对治疗亚急性、慢性皮炎湿疹,不失为一种安全有效的外用药物。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and side-effect of compound flumetasone ointment （orsalin ointment ） of the treatment of patients with subacute eczema and chronic eczema-dermatitis. Methods 40 patients were treated with compound flumetasone ointment with the curative effect and side-effect observed after 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks perspectively. Results The total effective rate of compound flumetasone ointment in treating subacute and chronic eczema-dermatitis was 92.5%. Conclusion Compound flumetasone ointment is rather effective and safe in treating subacute and chronic eczema-dermatitis.
