摘要
本文基于馏分实沸点蒸馏(TBP)曲线,分别采用虚拟组分法(PC法)和连续热力学法(CT法),建立了生物油热力学性质的预测模型,研究了生物油的相平衡和比热容性质。将比热容的预测值与实验值进行了比较,比较结果显示虚拟组分法和连续热力学法都可应用于生物油热力学性质的预测,而连续热力学法的预测结果优于虚拟组分法。本文利用连续热力学法得出了某种生物油泡点蒸汽压和比热容随温度的变化关系,研究结果显示生物油的比热容随温度近似成线性关系,而饱和蒸汽压成二次曲线关系。
The prediction models for thermodynamic properties of biomass-oil are presented by using Pseudo-components method and Continuous Thermodynamics method,respectively,based on true boiling point distillation curve,and the phase equilibrium characteristics and specific heat-capacities are studied with the models.In comparison with the measured specific heat-capacity data,both of the methods are available for the prediction of biomass-oil thermodynamic properties,though the accuracy by the continuous thermodynamics method is better than that by the Pseudo-components method.The results of specific heat-capacity and boiling pressure at different temperature are obtained by the Continuous Thermodynamics method in which the relationship between specific heat-capacity and the temperature approaches to linear and the relationship between boiling pressure and temperature approaches to quadratic,respectively.
