复方硅橡胶栓堵输卵管可复性绝育的研究——附113例临床观察5年报告

REVERSIBLE STOPPAGE OF OVIDUCT BY SILICONE RUBBER BASED SUPPOSITORY FOR STERZATION OBSERVATION REPORT OF 113 CASES OF CLINICAL TRIALS

本工作对一种新的复方硅橡胶输卵管栓堵剂进行了临床试验及长达5年的观察,效果良好。临床113例观察5年,绝育成功率为92.04％妊娠率为7.96％,三年后绝育效果稳定,随着时间延长妊娠率下降,副反应小,有一例注药14个月后取出栓堵剂恢复了生育能力,自然分娩一健康正常女婴,本方法操作简便易掌握,便于推广。

Thirty-two healthy female rabbits having reproductive ability were selected and used for the experiment. They were divided into two groups, one of which was occluded by Silicone Rubber Based suppository in both oviducts, while the other was occluded only in the right side, and the left side was. left as a control. The drug plug, while, in the rabbit's oviduct, does not affect the weight, normal physiologycal activities (ingestion, excretion, action and state of vigour), oestrous cycle and ovulation of the ovary. The drug plug has a marked sterility effect when its lenght is over 2. 5 cm and it keeps as a complete section in the right oviduct but the pregnant rate is 100% in the control side or the left side. We examined the oviduct tissue touching the drug plug under light microscope. No obvious pathological change was observed and mucous epithelium kept as one intact layer on the whole. Cells were simple cubic or simple short-columned in shape. The drug seems to be a plug, by which the cavity of oviduct is plugged. We hope that through this experiment the drug which is occluded into the oviduct, can be looked as a new reversible contraceptive embolism-drug. In clinic the oviduct which had been plugged for 15 months was still functional after the plug was removed in one case (Liu Xinlan, 29 years old ) and the woman gave birth to a female baby in 1987.
