218例高危孕妇院前急救护理体会

对于高危孕妇如发生产科异常出血、异常分娩、先兆子痫或子痫、胎儿窘迫等情况,由于发病危急,常常通过120呼救。作为加入急救中心网络的综合性医院,如何加强对高危孕妇的院前急救工作,显得尤为重要。为此,笔者对院前急救工作中应逐步完善院前急救的组织管理、加强救护流程管理、重视院前急救医护人员的专业培训、规范急救用物器材管理等进行阐述,总结经验,以期在救治病人过程中取得更好的效果。

For high-risk gravida emerging abnormal obstetric hemorrhage, abnormal delivery, pre-eclampsia or eclampsia, fetal distress, etc. 120 is often called for help in such critical conditions. As a general hospital joined into emergency centre network, it appears to be especially important to enforce pre-hospital care on high-risk gravida. Therefore, the author illuminated her（or their） point of view by way of improving pre-hospital urgent care organization and management, augmenting rescue procedure management, emphasizing professional training of pre-hospital medical staff, standardizing the first-aid material and equipment management and so on, expecting to obtain better effect in patient rescue and treatment by summing up the experience in the process.
