摘要
①应用相似性理论研究电替代法原理的传感器的光电等效性问题,给出了一种新的描述传感器光电等效性和响应度的数学表达式;②应用经典电磁场理论和光量子理论分析传感器表面吸收材料吸收率和反射率的宏观和微观过程,给出了腔体吸收率的数学表达式;③分析计算了传感器表面最大温升与损伤特性;④分析计算了传感器时域动态响应度和面响应均匀性;⑤给出了现场测试结果,测试数据与分析结果符合很好。
Abstract The photoelectric equivalence of sensors has been studied by using the similarity theory,and a set of new mathematical formulas describing the photoelectric equivalence and responsibility of sensors are presented.(2)Applying the classical theories of electromagnetic field and photon to the analyses of the macro and micro procedures of absorbance and reflectivity of the surface absorbing materials for sensors,we have derived the mathematical formulas for cavity absorbance.(3)The maximum rise of temperature and the damage property of sensor's surface are analyzed and calculated.(4)The time domain dynamic responsibility of sensor and the homogeneity of surface responsibility are analyzed and calculated.(5)The field testing data are given.The results of test and analysis are well agreed.
