文件化程序是企业质量体系有效运行的基础。企业不仅要重视文件化程序的编制，同样要重视其实施和完善。文章论述了文件化程序制订、实施和完善的方法。
Documentation program is the basis in a company which provides an effective operation to quality system. The company should not only pay attention to programming of the documentation program, but also take implementing and perfcting of it seriously. The article has discussed the methods of evolving, implementing and perfecting the documentation program of the quality system.
