摘要
研究建立了微胶囊沙棘油过氧化值的测定方法。测定了微胶囊沙棘油粉末产品的过氧化值为12.9meq/kg,比原料沙棘油的过氧化值上升了0.6meq/kg;同时考察了200d内产品过氧化值的变化。在200d内,沙棘油微胶囊粉末产品的过氧化值仅上升了2.9meq/kg,而同等保藏条件下,原料沙棘油过氧化值最高值已经超过55meq/kg,已完全氧化、酸化,说明了壁材成膜性良好,可以延长沙棘油产品的保质期。
A method for determination of peroxide value of micro-capsules sea buckthorn oil was established.The peroxide value of micro-capsules power products of sea buckthorn oil was 12.9meq/kg, 0.6meq/kg higher compared with the peroxide value of raw material .At the same time,the changes of the POV value of products in 200d were studied.The PV value of the micro-capsules powder product of sea buckthorn oil had increased by only 2.9meq/kg in 200d,while under the same condition of preservation,the raw material has been totally oxidized and acidified.It was noted that the wall material had a good film,and the products had a long storage life.
