两株酒曲毛霉的分离及Biolog微生物系统分析鉴定 被引量:5

摘要 利用稀释平板法从曲样和酵泥单菌落中分离获得2株毛霉1#和2#,通过对其形态观察和Biolog微生物系统鉴定,确定2株菌分别为:1#菌为卷枝毛霉(Mucorcircinelloidesv.Tiegh),2#菌为密丛毛霉(MucorplumbeusBonord)。所得菌株进行冷冻干燥保藏。不同菌种对Biolog96孔碳源利用有显著差异,同一菌种不同时间对Biolog96孔碳源利用也有差异,分析得出1#、2#毛霉主要利用ɑ-酮戊二酸、L-谷氨酸。 Mucor were isolated by streak plate method, two Mucor strains were obtained named 1^# and 2^#, respectively, Biolog automated microbes identification system ( Biolog System)was used to check two Mucor strains 1^# and 2^#,which were separated and purified from fermented grains of Chinese liquor.l" was identified as Mucor circinelloides v. Tiegh and 2^# was identified as Mucor plumbeus Bonord.The results indicated that Biolog System could be used to identify mucor strains in fermented grains.The last,the strain through creamery experiment was conserved.Different strains had different result,1^#,2^# Mucor main use e-ketoglutaric acid,L-glutamic acid.
