摘要
采用加入吡啶-氢氧化钠(pyridine-NaOH)显色的方法,在亚铁血红素的最大吸收波长557nm处测定吸光度绘制标准曲线。通过精密度、重现性和回收率实验,验证标准曲线的准确性。实验结果表明,精密度实验的标准偏差为1.47%,重现性偏差0.08%,回收率为100.5%~104.9%,可做为检测亚铁血红素含量的方法。
This experiment was measured the absorbance and drawn the standard curve at the ferroheme maximum absorption wavelength of 557nm by adding pyridine-NaOH to make it colored, and verify the accuracy of the standard curve through the precision, reproducibility and recovery experiments. The results of the precision experiment showed that precision of the experimental standard deviation was 1.47%, and the reproducibility deviation was 0.08 %, and the recovery was 100.5 % -104.9%, so this method could be used to measure the content of ferroheme.
