摘要 渗透蒸发是一种全新的膜分离技术,由于其具有设备简单、易操作、能耗低、对环境不造成污染等优点,使之在工业中的各个领域都有很好的应用前景。本文主要论述了渗透蒸发技术在国内外食品工业中的研究情况和一些应用,并展望了其今后在食品行业中的发展前景。 Pervaporation is a new generation of membrane separation techniques.Due to some advantages such as demanding for small space for installation, being operated easily, relatively being safety to operators, requiring lower energy consumption, not resulting in pollution to environment et al, pervaporation has a promising future application in all kinds of fields in industry. Focus of the review was given to application and research on pervaporation technique in food industry at home and abroad.And development prospect in food industry in the future was also discussed.
