摘要
针对新研制的汽车动力转向器吸油机对汽车动力转向器内实验用的液压油仍吸不净的问题,首先对转向器内部的关键流道建立了CFD模型,然后应用FLUENT软件进行了流场分析,得到了流场的压力分布、速度分布。最后通过几组数据对比分析,得出了吸油机吸油效果最好的一组参数。并据此分析了转向器内的液压油吸不净的原因。
In allusion to the problem that the newly developed automotive power steering control units pumping oil machine can not clean the hydraulic oil used in the experiment in the steering control units,the CFD model for the key flow channel of automotive power steering control units is established at first and then the model is transferred into the Fluent software.The flow field is computed and the velocity distribution,pressure distribution can be obtained . Through comparative analysis of several sets of data, the best parameters of the pumping oil machine is obtained and is used to analyse the reason why the hydraulic oil in the automotive power steering control units can not be cleaned.
