摘要
文中主要研究CNG钢瓶口的多种工艺的数控加工关键技术,通过采用旋风车削技术解决大尺寸CNG钢瓶不宜转动问题;通过采用移置刀架技术解决换刀耗时问题;通过采用雾化冷却技术解决刀具损耗问题。为大尺寸、大质量工件的高速切削数控专机的开发,提供了充分理论依据和参考方案。
This paper researched and developed the key technology of the CNG cylinder bottle various machining process: whirlwind turning, mobile location for tools' change etc. This provided a sufficient theoretical basis and reference programs for the large and massive size workpiece's high-speed cutting CNC machine development.
