摘要
磨削过程中产生的大量磨削热聚集在凸轮表面产生很大的温度梯度,降低了凸轮的加工质量和加工精度。文中分析了冷却液和空气在凸轮磨削中的冷却效果,提出了增强冷却液冷却效果和空气换热效果来降低凸轮磨削中的高温损伤的方法。
A large number of grinding heat gathered on the surface of cam, and formed highly temperature gradient, which reduced the quality and process accuracy of the cam. The cooling effect of cooling fluid and air during cam grinding are analyzed, and two ways were proposed to reduce the high-temperature damage on cam, cooling effect of cooling liquid and heat transfer effect of air were enhanced.
