摘要
在医学临床教学中,经常会出现侵犯患者隐私权的情形。我国法律中没有关于侵犯患者隐私权的责任承担等明确的规定,导致现实中一些侵犯患者隐私权的案件在司法实践中屡遇难题。本文结合医学生临床实习的情况,分析临床教学中侵犯患者隐私权的行为,并在现有法律框架内如何解决医学生临床实习与患者隐私权之间的矛盾提出建议。
During clinical practice, cases which infringe the privacy of patients happen a lot. The law of our country does not involve the clauses that referring to the consequences of cases above. It leads to that such cases always run into difficulty in legal practice. Combining theory with the situation of the clinical practice of the medical the article analyzed the medical＇s behavior which infringes patient＇s right of privacy Under the existing legal frame, the author gave some suggestions to settle the conflict.
