摘要
借鉴生物免疫反馈响应过程的调节规律,针对精馏过程内部机理复杂、参数动态变化的特点,提出一种前馈补偿和免疫PID-P串级控制方法。内环采用P控制器以快速消除再沸器蒸汽压力不稳定波动,外环采用免疫PID控制器以保证提馏段温度稳定在给定值,同时前馈控制器用于克服外界不可控干扰。结果表明,该控制策略优于常规控制,具有较强的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。
In view of the distilling progress which is complex and the process parameters change dynamically, feed-forward and immune PID-P cascade control method is presented which uses the regulating rules in feedback response process of biological immune systems. In which P controller is used in the inner loop to quickly eliminate instability fluctuations of reboiler steam pressure, immune PID controller is used in the outer loop to keep the temperature at the set point, and feed-forward is used to eliminate the uncontrolled turbulence. Running results show that this control strategy is superior to the traditional control method and has strong robustness and anti-disturbance ability.
