摘要
目的探讨一套切合临床实际的ICU临床专科护士在职培养模式。方法对符合条件的49名观察组护士进行在职专科护理培训,60名对照组护士接受传统的规范化培训,比较培训前后两组护士的综合能力和自我效能感差异,并调查同行对观察组护士的认同度。结果培训后观察组护士综合能力和自我效能感得分均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);同行对观察组护士的认可度较高。结论 ICU专科护士在职培养模式可以培养出理论实践能力及解决临床问题能力强、同行认可度高的ICU专科护士。
Objective To explore a suitable training mode for ICU specialized nurses. Method Forty - nine nurses in the experimental group received on -the -job specialized training and sixty nurses in the control group received traditional training. The comprehensive ability and selfefficacy of nurses in two groups were evaluated after training. In addition, the degree of recognition by their colleagues of the nurses in the experimental group was investigated. Results After training,the scores of comprehensive ability and self - efficacy in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). The degree of recognition by the colleagues of the nurses in the experimental group was high. Conclusion The on - the - job training mode is benefieal for ICU speeialized nurses to improve their abilities to apply theories in practice and to solve clinical problems, and to increase the recognition degree from their colleagues.
