摘要
目的分析目前护理本科课程考试存在的问题,为考试改革实践提供思路。方法通过对20位护理本科生、12位专职教师和3位教学管理人员共35位进行半结构式访谈,分析目前护理专业本科课程考试存在的主要问题。在此基础上对13位护理教育专家进行咨询,分析和讨论今后改革的方向和要求。结果护理本科专业课程考试主要存在考试目的定位不全,考试方法、评价时机、评价主体单一,缺乏能力考查,考试管理、反馈制度不完善等问题。结论课程考试改革是教育改革的重要环节,护理本科专业课程考试改革应正确、有效地发挥考试在本科护理教育中的作用。
Objective To analyze the curreut problems of nursing undergraduate course examinations and provide some advice for examintion reform. Methods Thirtyfive participants,including 20 nursing undergraduate students, 12 full -time teachers, and 3 teaching admiuistrators,were involved with a semi - structured interview. On the basis of interview, 13 nursing education experts were consulted about how to reform it. Results The main problems included that the purpose positions of examination were incomplete, and the methods of test, the time of evaluation and evaluation objects were too single, and capability tests were still in lack,and the test management and feedback system were imperfect. Conclusion Examination retbrm is an important part of education reform. Nursing undergraduate course examination reform should foeos ou how to correetly and effectively advance the effect of examination in the nursing undergraduate education.
