摘要
红外热像法作为一种无损、实时及非接触的测试技术,已被广泛地应用于疲劳研究中。近年来,提出了一些用于快速确定材料及构件疲劳极限的热像法,并得到了很好地开发与推广。基于能量耗散理论,借助于先进的锁相热像技术,快速地测定含盲孔的Q235钢的疲劳极限。该研究还表明,在测量结构的疲劳极限时应同时兼顾材料和结构两种效应。
Infrared thermographic method as a non-destructive, real-time and non-contact testing technology has been widely applied to fatigue research. Some thermographic methodologies for rapid determination of the fatigue limit of materials and components were proposed, which have already been well developed and extended. The fatigue limit of steel Q235 with a blind hole is determined rapidly by the advanced lock-in thermographic technology based on energy dissipation theory. The research indicates that the effects of material and structure are both taken into account in the measurement of fatigue limit.
