摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS,建立了不同颗粒间距的银基颗粒增强复合材料的计算模型。采用热-结构耦合的方法,分析了颗粒间距对银基颗粒增强复合材料的力学性能的影响。结果表明:颗粒间距的改变对银基颗粒增强复合材料的温度场、位移场有一定的影响;颗粒间距愈小,银基颗粒增强复合材料的应力值愈大。从而为银基颗粒增强复合材料的制备工艺优化提出了理论依据。
The commercial finite element software ANSYS, established the calculation model of particle reinforced Ag matrix composite material with different panicle spacing is used. Also the influence is discussed that particle spacing imposed Ag matrix composite material's mechanical properties. The results show that the change of particle spacing can actually influence the temperature fields and displacement fields of particle reinforced Ag matrix composite material; the smaller the particle spacing,the greater the stress value of particle reinforced Ag matrix composite material, accordingly presented a theoretical basis for process optimization of composite material.
