摘要
以聚醚210(N-210)、IPDI(异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯)为基本单体,用含有18个碳脂肪侧链的硬脂酸单甘油酯改性,合成了一种以十八碳脂肪链为疏水链段的水性聚氨酯。研究了硬脂酸单甘油酯用量对树脂外观、稳定性、耐水性、表面能的影响,以及硬脂酸单甘油酯的引入对水性聚氨酯热稳定性的影响。结果表明引入脂肪链可以提高水性聚氨酯的表面活性、热稳定性和耐水性。
The title waterborne polyurethane has been developed with which has eighteen aliphatic N210 polyether and IPDI as monomers, which was modified by monostearin with hydrophobic octedecanoic aliphatic side chain. The influence of the dosage of monostearin on appearance, stability, water resistance, and the surface energy of the emusion was studied. The results showed that grafting with monostearin can enhance the PU's surface activity, thermal stability and water resistance.
