摘要
石蒜碱处理的小麦胚芽鞘切段细胞延长明显被抑制。过氧化物酶的活性也受到抑制。抑制程度随浓度增加而增加:当石蒜碱浓度为500ppm时,抑制率为517%,2000ppm的抑制率可达79.2%。石蒜碱对过氧化物同工酶的影响主要在两方面:一是谱带数目减少,二是呈色变浅。从动态变化来看,处理8小时后就能表现出来,并一直维持到40小时。而且谱带数目愈来愈少,呈色愈来愈浅。石蒜碱处理的小麦胚芽鞘切段的内源脱落酸有明显的积累,处理组约为对照组的三倍。石蒜碱对小麦胚芽鞘细胞延长的抑制可在ATP的补入下得到一定程度的恢复。
Lycione inhibits the cell elongation of wheat coleoptile and the activity of peroxidase also. The range of inhibition of the activity of peroxidase depends on the concentration of lycorine used. The effect of lycorine on the peroxidase isoenxyme in wheat coleptile is ex-pressed by the fewer numbers and lighter color of electrophoresis zymogram than in the control. Endogenous ABA on wheat coleoptile accumulates when it is treated by lycorine. The content of ABA treated samples is three times higher than that if the control.Exogenous ATP stimulates the cell elongation of wheat coleptile segments. It seems likely that ATP can recover the inhibtion of lycrine on cell elongation.
