摘要
以氯化三乙基苄基铵(TEBA)为相转移催化剂,1—苯基—2—丙酮、氯仿、α-笨乙胺(1a~c)和氢氧化钾在-5~-10℃于二氯甲烷-水中反应。产物2a—c经氢解、水解得到光学活性2-甲基笨丙氨酸(4a~c),并对影响光学纯度的因素进行了探讨。
The reaction of 1-phenyl-2-propanone, chloroform, a-methylbenzyl amine(la~c), and potassium hydroxide was carried out in dichloromethane-wanter at—5~—10℃, with triethylbenzylammonium chloride as the phase transfer catalyst. The reaction products 2a~c were hydrogenolyzed and hydrolyzed to yield the corresponding optically active 2-methyphenylalanine(4a~c).The effect of optical purity was discussed.
