摘要
采用填充量为65%的竹粉与填充量为35%的塑料混融挤出制造竹塑复合材料。以马来酸配接枝高密度聚乙烯(HDPE-g-MA)为相容剂,研究了相容剂的加入对复合材料力学性能的影响;通过适当的方法对木粉进行表面处理、对基体树脂进行改性,可以有效地提高复合体系的界面粘接强度,以竹屑纤维为增强材料,采用双螺杆挤出机,制备竹粉增强高密度聚乙烯复合材料,研究了竹塑复合材料挤出加工工艺,探讨复合材料生产工艺和型材结构设计,进一步探讨复合材料的应用研究。
In this article,the compound blends of bamboo(65%) and polyolefin(35%) were processed into the end product both by extrusion.Extrusion system use two step extrusion method after palletizing.The results indicated that the mechanical properties of composite materials were improved as wood flour dosage was increased.HDPE-g-MAH was used as adhesive.The effect of adhesive on mechanical properties of composite materials have been investigated.The proper surface treatment of wood flour and modification of matrix resin can effectively increase the interfacial adhesion strength and significantly improve the mechanical properties of the system. Reinforced high density polyethlylene composite materials with wood flour were twin -screw extruder: Introducing the present conditions of the use of the bamboo fiber' s development. It is predicted that the research and developing of bamboo plastic composite' s can bring up the enormous economical benefits and social benefits. Compared to natural wood or bamboo products, the advantages of Bamboo Plastic Composites as follow: more resistant to climatic influences, resistant to fungal decay and insect attack, integrated antibacterial protection, higher rigidity, no risk of splintering and cracking, dirt- and stain reoellent, recvclables, etc.
