Analysis and treatment for blockage of material slice feeding to make bamboo pulp at a 200 thousand ton/year plant

针对200kt/a竹浆连续蒸煮装置在建成投料试运行中频繁出现料片在缓冲仓及分料螺旋中堵塞现象进行分析,在查出堵塞原因后对设备进行改造,解决了料片输送堵塞问题。

This article analyzed the blockage of material slices occurred frequently in buffer storage and splitter corkscrew spin at the 200 thousand tons of bamboo pulp/year continuous stewing unit.After tracing the cause of blockage,the equipment has been improved,and the blockage of feeding has been resolved.
