城镇土地利用规划及城市建设应重视土地的防灾适宜性评价。概述了城镇土地利用防灾适宜性评价目的和影响因素及评价方法,借助IDRISI软件,分析GIS-OWA方法与布尔决策和权重线性叠加(WLC)等多准则评价方法在决策策略上的区别,并计算了唐山市地质灾害影响下的土地利用适宜度。

Urban land-use planning and urban development should pay attention to the disaster prevention of land suitability evaluation. This article provides an overview of the purpose of disaster prevention of urban land-use evaluation of the suitability as well as evaluation methods, using IDRISI software, analysis methods and GIS-OWA weights Boolean decision-making and linear superposition （ WLC）, such as multi-criteria evaluation methods in decisionmaking strategy distinction, and calculate the land-use suitability under the influence of geological disasters in Tangshan City.
