高等教育自学考试命题新模式研究

Study on a New Test-writing Mode of Higher Education Self-taught Examination

高等教育自学考试是一项大规模社会化的国家考试，而质量和安全是国家考试命题工作的基本要求和重要原则。是自学考试的生命线。传统的考前入闱命题、委托外省命题、征集试题卡组卷、建立A类题库等命题模式有其适用性，但在保密和质量层面或操作性层面也有其一定的局限性。因此，创新一种基于保密和质量更优化的命题新模式即实行日常化封闭建设B类题库对维护高等教育自学考试生命线有着现实意义。

Higher education self-taught examination is a large-scale and societal national exam. Secrecy and quality are the basic request and important principle. Traditional test-writing modes such as close test-writing before test,precative test-writing, test-cards combination, problems storage instauralion are applicable for some situations. However, it is restricted in secrecy, quality and operation. Therefore, daily close test-writing is more important. It is more significative for the examination＇s lifeline to constitute the new test-writing mode based on secrecy and quality.
