摘要
考试焦虑是目前我国学生群体中普遍存在和相对严重的心理问题，本文从概念、具体表现、测量、影响因素和治疗方法等方面综述了考试焦虑的相关问题，以此明确考试焦虑的辅导角度，以期重视心理辅导工作中关于考试焦虑的内容。
Test-anxiety is a relatively serious psychological problem that is prevalent in our student population nowadays.This article overviews the issueses related to Test-anxiety on concept, specific performance, measurement, influncing factors and treatment methods, so as to make the counseling point of view clearly and make the work of psychological counseling on Test-anxiety in school more extensive, more comprehensive.
