In the Spirit of Reform to Advance the Information System of Hubei Power Industry

我国电力工业的重大改革和全球信息技术的飞速发展，使电力信息工作面临如何抓住机遇，发挥现代信息技术在电力生产过程中重要作用的问题。文章提出应通过强化信息规划和信息管理工作，确立信息是生产要素的观念，合理调配信息开发力量，发挥技术和人才优势，加速湖北电力工业信息化。在论述中，融入了知识经济的新概念。

Because of the significant reformation of the electric power industry in our country and the rapid development of the information science technology all over the world,our information processing work of the electric power has to be faced to the question of how to seize the golden opportunity to play the important role of the modern information technology in the process of electric power production.In this article,in the light of the new ideas of modern administration,the author expounded and proved the concept that the information is the essential factor of production.So we should strengthen the planning and management work of electric power information,assign reasonably the development capability,and give full play to the advantage of technology and talent in order to speed up the informatization of Hubei electric power industry.
