摘要
对具有湖北特色的二次电价管理模式作了分析总结。形成了完整的测算公式，并在ＷＩＮ－ＤＯＷＳ９５平台上用ＶＩＳＵＡＬＦＯＸＰＲＯ３．０实现了计算机对二次电价的测算，大大提高了二次电价测算效率，使之更加准确、规范，管理深化。
The management models of the second price of electricity catered to Hubei province analyzed and summarized.A set of comprehensive calculating formula,the computerized management and calculation for the second price of electricity were implemented in Visual Foxpro3.0.By this method,the efficiency of calculating the second price of electricity could be raised greatly,and the management of the second price of electricity could be more accurate,standardized and deepened.
