根据荆州电力局２２０ｋＶ变电站的计算机应用相对薄弱的实际情况，对２２０ｋＶ变电站综合管理信息系统的建设原则，系统结构功能作了初步探讨，提出了一种基于局域网络系统的ＣＬＩＥＮＴ／ＳＥＲＶＥＲ信息管理模式，对变电站综合管理信息系统及全局ＭＩＳ系统的进一步发展有一定的借鉴意义。

The computer application in 220 kV substations of Jingzhou Electric Power Bureau is relatively backwardness.Some rudiment probing has been done to the principle system framework and system functions of Management Information System for 220 kV substation in accordance with actuality situation in the bureau,expounded a kind of information management pattern based on CLIENT/SERVER and LAN system.This has some utilize denotation to the next development of the Management Information System for 220 kV substation and the whole MIS in Jingzhou Electric Power Bureau.
