中性染料对牛奶蛋白复合纤维的染色性能

Dyeing properties of neutral dyes for milk protein fiber

采用中性染料对牛奶蛋白复合纤维进行染色,研究染色温度、染色时间、染浴pH值、染料用量和助剂对上染率的影响。实验结果表明,牛奶蛋白复合纤维采用中性染料染色,上染率高,移染性好,提升性好,中性染料的原样皂洗褪色牢度为3~4级,棉白布沾色牢度4~5级,羊毛白布沾色牢度3~4级。确定出染色的最佳工艺条件：染料用量3%~4%（owf）,染色温度80℃,染浴pH值4,染色时间40 m in,用A lbegal B控制上染速率效果理想。

Milk protein fiber was dyed with neutral dyes.Factors exerting influence on dye uptake were analyzed,such as dyeing temperature,time,pH value,dye dosage and auxiliaries.The results showed that the milk protein fiber could be dyed with neutral dyes to a high exhaustion with good migration and building up.The neutral dyes color fastness to soaping,white cotton fabric and white wool fabric staining fastness respectively were 3～4 grades,4～5and 3～4 grades.Dyeing process can be operated at 80℃ for 40 minutes with pH value 4 and dye concentration 3%～4%（owf） using the levelling agent of Albegal B.
