摘要
探讨了常态下和热处理后精干罗布麻单纤维的拉伸性能。着重探讨了处理温度、处理时间对纤维断裂强度、断裂伸长率以及断裂功的影响。随着处理温度的升高和处理时间的延长,纤维的断裂强度、断裂伸长率以及断裂功在整体上呈现下降趋势;与常态相比,120℃处理后纤维拉伸性能有明显下降;在180℃以上,纤维的以上指标下降程度增大;时间对纤维拉伸性能的影响小于温度,且在210℃时,纤维的各指标随时间变化明显。试验表明:精干罗布麻纤维的拉伸属高强高模低伸长类型,且纤维具有较好的拉伸性和较好的耐热性。
The contents of the tensile properties of degummed apocynum venetum fibers under normal and after heat teratment are discussed.We focused on the influence of the processing temperature,processing time on the breaking strength,breaking elongation and breaking work.As the processing temperature and processing time increased,breaking strength,breaking elongation and breaking work showed drop tendency in whole.Compared with the normal,the tensile properties of the fibers processed after(120 ℃) have significantly decreased.Above(180 ℃,)the drop degree of that indicators increased.The time impacted worse than temperature on fiber tensile peoperties.And the indicators changed clearly at(210 ℃.) The results show that the degummed apocynum venetum fibers belong to high strength and high modulus low elongation type fiber,and have better tensile properties and better heat resistance.
