竹浆纤维与粘胶纤维的鉴别及性能测试 被引量:20

摘要 采用燃烧法、显微镜观察法、溶解法和红外吸收光谱法对竹浆纤维和粘胶纤维进行了鉴别,然后对竹浆纤维的形态特征、力学性能、摩擦性能、卷曲弹性等进行了测试,并与普通粘胶纤维进行对比分析。结果表明:用溶解法难以鉴别竹浆纤维和粘胶纤维;竹浆纤维的干、湿态初始模量大于粘胶纤维,其干、湿态强度和伸长率均与粘胶纤维接近,其特点是强度低,湿强度更低;在纤维与纤维静摩擦中,竹浆纤维的静摩擦因数小于粘胶纤维;竹浆纤维的静、动摩擦因数之差小于粘胶纤维,说明竹浆纤维的抱合力不如粘胶纤维,但平滑性比粘胶纤维好;竹浆纤维的卷曲率、卷曲弹性回复率和残留卷曲率均大于粘胶纤维。 This paper identifies the bamboo pulp fiber and viscose fiber by burning method,estimating method by microscope,infrared radiation spectrum method,dissolution method,and then analyzes comparatively of bamboo pulp fiber and viscose fiber from the morphological characteristics,mechanical properties,friction properties,crimp elasticities.The results show that:it is difficult to identify the bamboo pulp fiber and viscose fiber by dissolution method;the initial modulus of bamboo pulp fiber is higher than viscose fiber,the strength and elongation rate of bamboo pulp fiber are close to viscose fiber,it is characterized with low strength,wet strength is more lower;the static friction coefficient of bamboo pulp fiber is lower than viscose fiber between fiber and fiber;The difference between static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient of bamboo pulp fiber is lower than viscose fiber,this shows that the cohesion force of bamboo pulp fiber is inferior to viscose fiber,but the gliding property of bamboo pulp fiber is better than viscose fiber;the crimp rate、crimp elastic recovery rate and residual crimp rate of bamboo pulp fiber are all more than viscose fiber.
