摘要
北京饭店二期豪华公寓结构设计中遇到了几个难点:结构计算中嵌固部位难以明确指定、转换层结构如何设计以及主体结构中一字形短肢剪力墙较多等。针对以上问题,主要从准确模拟计算、满足抗震措施和概念性加强等几个方面着手解决。该工程已经通过验收,使用情况良好。本工程的设计经验可供类似工程参考。
This paper discusses several difficulties, including determination of superstructure and buckling location, design Method of transfer floor structure and excessive beeline-shaped short shear walls in major structure. In view of the difficulties, this paper has put forward some countermeasures, such as computation simulation precisely, meeting anti-seismic construction measure and strengthening concept design. The project has passed the acceptance check, and is now under operation. To sum up, the paper can be used for reference by the similar projects.
