武警机动支队士兵体能训练研究

Evaluate effect of physical fitness training of the special detachment of the CPAF

摘要 【目的】应用身体形态、生理机能、运动能力等指标,评价武警机动支队战士以60%~90%的心率储备(即训练心率)进行间歇训练和退让性力量训练为主的肌力训练的效果。【方法】100名男性战士随机分为实验组与对照组,经过10周训练后,对其身体形态、生理功能、运动能力三方面指标进行测定分析。【结果】10周训练后,机体的身高、体重、胸围均有不同程度的增加,与训练前相比,实验组的胸围有明显增加(P<0.01),肌力明显提高(P<0.05)。两组的肺活量、PWC170、VO2max均有明显提高(P<0.05)。训练后两组100m跑的速度没有显著性差异(P>0.05),3000m跑,两组与训练前相比及两组间相比均有明显差异(P<0.01)。【结论】新的训练方法在提高肌体有氧耐力和肌耐力及肌爆发力方面优于传统的训练方法。 [Objective] Apply certain index including physical development, physiological function and exercise ability to evaluate the physical fitness training effect of the special detachment of the PLA who were trained by intermittent training of 60% -90% HRR (training hart rate) and centrifugal strength training. [Methods] 100 healthy male soldiers were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. After 10 weeks training, detect and analysis the consequence of physical development, physiological function and exercise quality. [Results] After ten weeks' training, height, weight and chest circumference in both gropes increase in varying degrees and chest circumference and muscle strength in the experimental group increase remarkably P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05 respectively. The vital capacity, PWC170,VO2max in both groups are improve remarkably (P 〈0.05).After training, in 100-meter race there are no marked differences in speed between the two groups(P 〈 0.05), while in 3 000-meter running there are marked difference( P 〈0.01) both between the two groups and between the stage before training and after training. [Conclusion] The new training methods are better than the traditional on improving the aerobic capacity, muscle stamina and explosive effort.
