阿立哌唑合并舍曲林治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症的研究

Combination of Aripiprazole with Sertraline in Treatment of Schizophrenia with Predominantly Negative Symptoms

目的探讨阿立哌唑合并舍曲林治疗以阴性症状为主要表现的精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法60例患者随机分为研究组(阿立派唑+舍曲林)和对照组(阿立派唑)各30例。两组都用阿立派唑(20～30)mg/d,研究组加用舍曲林(50～100)mg/d,治疗12周。用阴性症状量表(SANS)评定疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果研究组比对照组早起效4周(P<0.05),且有效率高(P<0.01);两组副作用无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论阿立哌唑合并舍曲林治疗精神分裂症阴性症状起效早,疗效好。

Objective To explore the curative effect and safety of aripiprazole combined with sertraline in the treatment of schizophrenia with predominantly negative symptoms. Methods Sixty cases of schizophrenia with predominantly negative symptoms were randomly divided into the study group to which aripiprazole plus sertraline was given and the control group to which aripiprazole alone was given,with 30 cases in each group. The treatment course was 12 weeks. The curative effect and side effects were evaluated with the scale of negative symptoms （SANS）and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS） before and after treatment. Results The effect in the study group appeared 4 weeks earlier than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,with a more effect of the former than that of the latter（P〈0.01）,and there was no significant difference in side effects between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combination of aripiprazole with sere＇aline shows a better effect and safety for schizophrenia predominantly negative symptoms.
