摘要
鉴于某种特殊功能涂料的应用,采用预乳化工艺和半连续种子乳液聚合技术,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成了羟基含量在48(左右的St-MMA-BA-AA-HEMA五元共聚苯丙乳液,重点考察了乳化剂的种类和用量、种子单体用量、单体滴加工艺、预乳化单体滴加速率和搅拌速率对乳液聚合工艺稳定性的影响。
The five-membered co-polymeric styrene-acrylate latex of St-MMA-BA-AA-HEMA containing hydroxyl content of 48wt % , was synthesized by pre-emulsification and semi continuous seed emulsion polymerization technology with ammonium thiosulfate as the initiator. The effects of emulsifier type and content, the process of adding monomer, the content of seed monomer, the adding rate of pre-emulsification monomer and the stirring rate on the stability of emulsion polymerization process were mainly investigated.
