摘要
中国玩具业发展至今,已走过了最初的"进入低门槛、发展规划随意"的阶段,对从业人员的素质要求越来越高。很多玩具厂商也迫切需要知识更新,以期提高自身的竞争力,在激烈的商战中脱颖而出。基于此,本刊特开设"玩具大讲堂"栏目,将着重邀请对玩具业有独特见解的专家作者,以实用性和针对性强、有相当深度的文章为依托,目标是将栏目打造成玩具厂商喜闻乐见的"知识充电站"。这一期,我们请来义乌玩具协会秘书长、义乌智商玩具有限公司总经理、爱就推门玩具有限公司副总经理童元智,听他谈谈对中国玩具渠道的现状介绍、理解、分析及发展预测。
The days when people can gain easy admittance to toy business with simple development program have already been over. China’s toy industry now sees stricter requirement on those get engaged. Lots of toy makers and traders are in need of updated news to enhance their competitive, so as to stand out in keen competition. In view of it, TOY INDUSTRY establish a sub-column of 'Lecture on Toy', which will invite expert writers with unique and sharp eyes on toy industry to deliver practical and profound knowledge for readers. We will see Tong Yuanzhi in the first story, who is the secretary-general of Yiwu Toy Association and general manager of Edutainment Toys.
