摘要
目的探讨不同教学方法在老年护理学本科教学中的应用及效果。方法在2006级护理本科老年护理学课程中采用指导自学、案例分析、学生参与、社会实践、调整考核形式等方法,课程结束后对学生成绩进行分析,并进行问卷调查。结果学生最高分为94分,最低分为78分,平均分为86.5分,90分以上学生10名。96.25%的学生认为在老年护理学中采用不同教学方法激发了他们学习的兴趣和学习主动性,提高了他们自主学习的能力;90.00%以上的学生认为采用多种教学方法拓宽了他们的知识面,加强了他们综合运用多学科知识的能力,提高了他们交流沟通、协助和团队合作等能力。结论多种教学方法的实施有助于老年护理学教学目标的完成,并提高教学质量。
Objective To explore the effects of different teaching methods on Geriatric Nursing teaching for nursing undergraduates. Methods Self learning guide,case study,student participation,social practice,adjusting the assessment forms and other teaching methods were used in the teaching of Geriatric Nursing for nursing students enrolled in 2006. After the end of the course,we analyzed the students' scores and conducted a questionnaire survey. Results The highest and lowest scores were respectively 94 and 78 points,grade point average was 86.5,ten students achieved over 90 points. As a result,96.25% of the students thought that application of different teaching methods in Geriatric Nursing teaching stimulated their study interest and improved their self learning abilities,more than 90.00% of the students thought that using different teaching methods helped them to broaden knowledge,enhance capabilities of integrating multi-disciplinary knowledge,and improve abilities of communication,assistance and teamwork. Conclusion Application of different teaching methods in Geriatric Nursing teaching contributes to completing the teaching objectives and improving teaching quality.
