摘要
以甲醇与菜籽油为原料,以磷钨酸为催化剂,通过酯交换制备生物柴油。通过单因素实验进行正交实验水平的确定,选出各个单因素的最佳反应条件,得到正交试验的实验最佳水平。然后通过正交实验讨论了反应时间、催化剂用量和配料比对原料转化率影响,得出优化工艺条件为:反应时间3 h、磷钨酸占调和油质量为6%、配料比(甲醇与原料油物质的量比)为5∶1。
Methanol and rapeseed oil as raw materials and phosphotungstic acid as a catalyst, through transesterifieation, biodlesel was prepared. First of all, through the single factor experiments, the level of orthogonal experiment was de- termine and the best single factor in all reaction eonditionst was selected, the experimental best orthogonal test level was obtanined . Then through the orthogonal experimental, the influence of reaction time, catalyst amount and ratio of ingredients on the conversion rate of raw materials were discussed. Optimization of process conditions obtained were as follows: reaction time 3h, phosphotungstic acid accounted for 6% of the quality of raw materials, ingredients ( oil and raw material methanol molar ratio) of 5: 1.
